The accommodation's location has proven to be a highpoint of staying for many former visitors. As well as being within walking distance of many shops, bars and restaurants in Windsor, the location was also described as convenient for getting to both St Kilda and Melbourne CBD.

Despite not being inclusive, the on-site parking situation was popular with previous guests that travelled to the hotel in their own vehicle. The underground parking was typically regarded as secure, convenient and ample in spaces provided.

Although they were regarded as spacious and well-equipped for the most part, the accommodation's apartments have not been seen in the best light overall by former visitors. In particular, the general condition of the apartments - with accounts of distressed carpets and worn bathrooms - was judged unfavourably at times.

The cleanliness levels of the hotel were lambasted by numerous previous guests. From signs of mould in the bathrooms to stains on the carpets and walls, various hygiene-related concerns have been reported about the apartments.

While supplied free of charge by the accommodation, a notable amount of past visitors were left disappointed about the quality of the Wi-Fi. Along with issues in getting connected, the reliability of the wireless Internet has also been judged negatively on occasion.
