Positive Reviews

Location, location, location...
Few guests fail to mention the hotel's very practical location opposite the Horsham Train Station, ideal for those headed to London or Gatwick. Drivers appreciate that there is plenty of free parking, but it seems most guests prefer to walk into town. The stroll takes about ten minutes and once there, Horsham offers a nice variety of good restaurants and shops.
positive:
Covers all the basics...
The rooms are widely described as very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and reliably hot showers. The free Wi-Fi and very large flat-screen televisions are very welcome "luxuries" in the otherwise fairly "basic", simply decorated rooms.
positive:
Friendly faces and good value...
Guests often describe the front desk staff as friendly and professional, with many gratefully reporting "above and beyond" gestures such as carrying heavy suitcases to the second floor, escorting elderly guests to their rooms, and helping guests with other travel arrangements. Guests often note that the hotel offers "good value for money" as well.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A hot night in Horsham...
The Premier Inn Horsham is not air-conditioned, and temperature control is a frequently reported issue. It helps that the windows open, and that the hotel provides fans and sheets in place of the standard duvets during the hotter months.
negative:
Mixed reviews for the Beefeater...
Recent reports indicate that the neighbouring pub is ready for an update, as the generally worn condition of the furnishings and carpets have inspired some uncertainty about the establishment's overall level of cleanliness. Reviews of the food and service are also very mixed.
negative:
Light sleepers, take note...
Though many guests sleep well and rave about the beds, others were kept up by foot traffic overhead or else street noise.
