Plaza Hotel and Suites (San Salvador, El Salvador)

Guests enjoyed the hotel’s location for leisure and business visits. It is close to various restaurants, the sports attractions and to the city’s tourist attractions, like the Torre Futura. It also has panoramic views of the San Salvador volcano and the surrounding area.

The rooms have separate living areas, microwaves and mini fridges which were nice additions. The common areas such as the pool, the gym and lobby were nice areas to spend time in. They were relatively modern and well equipped and clean.

Most guests thought their rooms were good and spacious. They enjoyed the comfortable beds and furnishings. They were quiet and had good maintenance throughout the years. The important part of keeping the rooms cleaned, was taken care of by housekeeping.

Most guests felt the rooms were in need of a big renovation because they did not like the old-fashioned aspect of their accommodations. They felt the hotel could invest some to renovate the rooms. They felt enclosed and dark.

The rooms had old air conditionings that were very loud and disruptive for guests. The air conditioning had been so loud these guests were not able to rest properly during their stay.

The Wi-Fi was not found to be working well and quick by guests who stayed here. They would have liked a quicker Internet speed to get their work done. Some would not book again because of the slow and unreliable Internet.
