The hotel's personnel is very helpful. The reception team in particular is very professional. Every one of them seems to enjoy their responsibilities. They seem to anticipate your needs and desires and make effort to please you.

Situated just a short walk from the town, there is no hassle of travelling long distances and making many connections to get to where you want. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity for those who would prefer to dine outside the hotel. The area is close to most amenities in the town but still far enough to retain its peace and tranquillity.

Guests were comfortable with the rates as they were reasonably priced compared to other hotels. With clean and well-appointed rooms, those looking for a budget hotel were satisfied being the hotel. The free transfer from airport was a bonus to guests who had flights to catch

A number the guests felt that the hotel provided good breakfast every morning. However, guests felt that it needed more choices as the same food was being served almost daily. This was quite monotonous.

Guests have noted the limited number of sun loungers provided by the outdoor swimming pool. When the occupancy is busy, it's quite difficult getting an unoccupied lounger.

The absence of coffee and tea making facilities inside the guestrooms was disappointing to guests. Most of them felt that those facilities should at least be included in each room.
