Most guests find the rooms to be sparkling clean, with comfortable, contemporary furnishings. The beds are plush and outfitted with crisp sheets. Guests on the upper floors often mention the impressive country views from the large windows, while some guests on lower floors enjoy private terrace spaces. Guests also often comment that, while not inexpensive, the hotel offers good value for money, with complimentary Wi-Fi and secure self parking included in the nightly rate.

Guests who have the opportunity to visit the spa on site are rarely disappointed. Many thoroughly enjoy their massages and beauty treatments, as well as the outdoor hot tub set into a pretty garden. All of the staff receive high marks for professional, friendly service.

Light sleepers take note...
The Ramada Park Hall Wolverhampton is a popular choice for weddings, and some guests had trouble getting to sleep due to the music drifting from the venue. Others were disturbed by the sound of doors opening and closing, or party guests talking in the hallways.

Still waiting for a lift...
Elderly guests and those travelling with small children or heavy luggage may want to request a room on the first floor, as the hotel is Grade II listed and features many small staircases. It does not currently have a lift; however, the hotel has recently received permission to install one and has plans to do so.

Several families were disappointed to discover that children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the pool or spa.
