The rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed and come equipped with the comforts of home in quiet surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a pantry area, granite counters, stainless appliances, stovetop as well as microwave, dishes and cookware which makes preparing meals especially easy. All rooms feature a balcony many of which offer ocean views.

The on-site facilities cater to the whole family. The outdoor pool features a water slide for the kids and the hotel also offers a children's club. The swimming pool and jacuzzi also provides fun and relaxation for adults. You can snorkel at the beach and if you like walking, the Phil Foster Park in 20-minutes' away, or you can walk along the beach for 50-minutes to reach MacArthur State Park which offers kayaking and nature trails. Alternatively, MacArthur State Park can be reached within eight-minutes' drive.

The staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating. Guests were made to feel at home by hospitable staff who sought to make their stay relaxed and memorable.

Some guests felt that the snacks and drinks available in the in-room minibar are overpriced, and that the restaurant meals and bar prices are also expensive for what is offered.

Shopping areas and a choice of restaurants are not within walking distance. Some guests commented that there is not much to do around the complex in the way of entertainment and that a car is required to travel further afield.

The hotel charges extra fees for services such as Wi-Fi access, parking and chair and umbrella rental on the beach. Many guests felt that these services should be complimentary for hotel guests.
