The members of staff at this hotel are more than friendly, and offer guests a high level of cleanliness and comfort. Whatever may be causing guests distress, or discomfort is immediately seen too, and guests have found many of their issues sorted with ease from the friendly faces behind the counter.

These rooms have been made to suit a stop over need, and the bathrooms offer just the bare minimum. Guests have found fault with the size of the bathrooms, as the adjacent ablutions are quite compact, and tends to leave one feeling claustrophobic, and uncomfortable.

This is not a very comforting aspect of the rooms available at this hotel. Guests have found themselves feeling a little bit unsafe with such easy access to their rooms. There aren't any interior access rooms, so guests can't even request them.

The rooms located at the bottom of the stairs will find that their room receives a lot of noise from the foot traffic that passes by. This unfortunately is not something that is easily sorted, and guests who are sensitive to noise had best request a room elsewhere in the hotel.
