OYO Hotel Torre San Juan (Sant Joan d'Alacant, Spain)

Guests mostly love the peace and quiet of the Torre Sant Joan in Joan d'Alacant, Spain. They say the hotel is a wonderful place to rest and set in tranquil surroundings. They also like that the beach and town centre are only around ten minutes from the hotel.

Guests say they enjoy the ambience of the hotel with its lovely gardens, palm trees and attractive pool. Amenities like tennis prove engaging and guests say they also liked to simply sit in the quiet courtyard and relax in the sun.

Rooms are basic and guests say they meet their needs. They find the host courteous and helpful. They say that the breakfast is very good and the service excellent. They also enjoyed the evening dinners served in the Marquee which has pool views. Many guests enjoy the hotel so much that they say they would not hesitate to recommend it.

Some guests say that the hotel is difficult to locate and they spent considerable time getting there. They also say that they have to park their cars in the street outside, which they find a bit disconcerting.

The beds are uncomfortable for some guests and they did not like that the mattress was covered in plastic as well as a waterproof mattress protector which made it very hot. The TV had only two English channels, which was disappointing.

Some guests say that they miss amenities like a refrigerator in the rooms. Wi-Fi could be accessed only in the reception area, which was a great inconvenience. Some guests did not like having to pay for the beach towels provided by the hotel.
