Negative Reviews
negative:
Connection issues.
Wi-Fi is only available in the public areas of the hotel, most notably the lounge which inconvenienced some guests who wanted to connect to the internet from their own rooms.
negative:
Problematic showers.
Some guests objected to the hand- held showers and said that they found it difficult to adjust the temperature. The pressure was also said to be quite low as many mentioned that the water was coming out as a trickle.
negative:
Lack of dining options.
Guests who didn’t want to have a 3-course meal had to eat at one of the local pubs and cafes as there wasn’t a less formal menu available. Many described this as an inconvenience as they had to find somewhere else to have dinner and would have preferred having the option of a bar menu.
