Positive Reviews
positive:
Location is ideal
There are many cafes, restaurants and ATM's within walking distance of the Rabat Médina, which makes this hotel convenient in terms of getting around. The train station is not close enough to walk, but it is only a five minute drive and you can park your vehicle for the day, and take the train from there.
positive:
Excellent breakfast
If you are the type who enjoys a hearty start to the day, then the breakfast at this hotel will not leave you disappointed. The choices are many, and there are enough fresh varieties. If you do enjoy your cereals and pastries, those are also favourites for the regular guests.
positive:
Modern and clean
There have been many compliments from guests regarding the well-appointed guest rooms. Housekeeping staff are well trained and perform their duties with pride, leaving rooms spick and span.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Only one elevator
The Rabat Médina only has one elevator to assist all the guests to get from the lobby up to their rooms, and there are many occasions where you might have to wait more than five minutes for your ride to arrive. If you are feeling fit, you could just take the stairs.
negative:
Cramped reception area
During the busy time of the day, the reception area can become rather full and cramped. Reception staff, according to guests are under a little pressure to get the queue of guests either booked in or checked out. It's advisable to have a little patience.
negative:
Parking a bit dicey
It is very difficult to get a parking spot directly in front of the hotel. Your best bet is a little further around the corner where you will find a car guard to look after your vehicle. Visitors have advised that you rather pay him once you return, instead of when you park.
