Great Chicago Location

Negative Reviews
negative:
Unique Hotel Set-up
This hotel is set-up a little unorthodox, with the reception area located on the third floor. If you are just going straight to your room, you'll have to change elevators twice when you enter at the ground level, which can become annoying if you come and go frequently.
negative:
City Noise Issues
You are likely to hear a fair amount of traffic noise at this hotel as it is nearby to Northwestern Hospital, and in addition to general traffic noise, there tends to be a lot of sirens at all times of the day and night. Bring earplugs to ensure a peaceful night's rest.
negative:
Wi-Fi Confusion
There is a misconception about the Wi-Fi at this hotel. You can avoid paying for Wi-Fi simply by signing up for their free rewards program.
