Just a ten-minute stroll reaches the beach, and a gas station, restaurant and convenience store are all a few strides away. Perfect spot for proximity to beach-related events or fishing excursions.

Excellent value if the price is charged correctly by the staff. Basic accommodations for a no frills overnight spot, ideal for folks who will be spending the majority of their time elsewhere.

Most have reported excellent air conditioning in their rooms.

Some have reported booking over the phone at a rate that doubled upon arrival to excessive amounts no sane person would pay - and the staff argued the customer was wrong. The hotel website promotes a free stay for children under seventeen; however, upon arrival, some guests report being charged up to $20 for children as young as two years old. When disputed, the staff argued if they didn't like it, they could stay elsewhere - but still be charged full price for the night. In addition, breakfast is supposed to be served for three hours every morning, but only cereal with insufficient milk is found halfway through.

The pool is often filthy and some guests have suspected the staff use household bleach in it rather than the appropriate chlorine bleach - which irritated their skin badly.

Nearly every guest reported their room was dirty, some even intolerably so - (and those guests opted to leave even IF the staff charged them anyway!) Carpeting is threadbare and smells strange, lamp shades are moldy (how does that even happen?) and roaches stroll about throughout the night. "Non-smoking" rooms are often found with an ashtray and lingering stench of smoke left behind in them.
