Ocean Park Hotel (Santa Monica, USA)

The Ocean Park Hotel's staff members were routinely praised by past guests that stayed at the accommodation. Along with a warm and friendly attitude, the hotel's personnel are described as accommodating and knowledgeable about the local area.

With it being ten minutes away from the Santa Monica Beach and Pier by car, previous visitors were typically in favor of the hotel's location. In addition, the free on-site parking was welcomed by those traveling in to the accommodation in their own vehicle.

Whilst most were labeled small, the cleanliness of the rooms was generally seen at a good level by former guests of the Ocean Park Hotel. Furthermore, the rooms are also well-equipped for the most part, with a microwave, refrigerator and sink all standard amenities.

A common negative point attributed to the Ocean Park Hotel relates to the rooms not containing a private bathroom. With that said, and while this has understandably proved to be a large inconvenience for previous visitors, the shared bathrooms are said to be clean and resourceful.

Although fans are included, various former guests bemoaned the lack of air conditioning provided in the rooms at the hotel. As a result, the accommodations can supposedly get overly hot and uncomfortable - especially in warmer months.

The soundproofing of the rooms, according to numerous past visitors, is a big negative point of the Ocean Park Hotel. Noise from both external sources and other guests staying at the hotel can apparently be overheard constantly due to the inadequate soundproofing.
