Oasis Hotel (Varadero, Cuba)

Most guests have liked the fact that this property sits right on a white, sandy beach. Being just steps from this beach every time they left their rooms ensured that guests had a good time in Cuba.

Multiple guests have mentioned that the resort's staff is very friendly and accommodating. These staff members tend to remember repeat guests, as well, which helped these guests to feel right at home while staying there.

Past guests have said that although this is a small resort, the size makes the property seem much more intimate than at a larger hotel. Guests also liked being able to reach their rooms quickly, without having to walk through multiple corridors like you would have to at a large property.

Numerous guests haven't liked how far this resort is from everything. This resort is a fair distance from Varadero and guests have had to take a taxi any time they've wanted to visit the town because it is too far to walk and there is no bus service in the area.

This resort is one of the oldest in all of Varadero and guests have reported that it definitely shows its age. The rooms and exterior of the hotel are in poor shape, which has left guests feeling uncomfortable with their accommodations while staying at the property.

There have been complaints about the quality of the food at this resort. Guests have found the food to be bland and unappealing. In addition, since there aren't any restaurants within walking distance, guests have been forced to eat the food at the resort.
