The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Guests reported a fantastic night's sleep. The mattress is heavenly and there is a large variety of pillows to please every preference.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of Fresh Air
Several guests have complained that the air conditioner in their room doesn't cool the room properly or doesn't work at all. The air feels humid and stuffy. Furthermore, many AC units are very loud and impossible to sleep with.
negative:
Need for Better Breakfast
The breakfast selection is poor and lacks nutritious offerings. Guests thought that the choices were limited for a paid breakfast, which is included in the mandatory resort fee.
negative:
Win or Lose Wi-Fi
Some guests thought the Wi-Fi connection and speed was one of the best they've experienced, while others had nothing but trouble with it. Inconsistency seems to be the issue. Several rooms also had poor cell phone reception.
