There is a complimentary shuttle available at the hotel which can take you to the airport as well as to some of Istanbul's more historic places of interest. Visitors note that the shuttle was a welcome sight as it saves you to hassle and expense of having to take a taxi.

Employees at the hotel are diligent in their efforts to serve you when staying at the property. Guests state that not only does the staff work hard, but they are very friendly and personable as well.

The property is kept pretty clean overall according to travellers who point out that the accommodations are tidy and nice looking. Common areas like the lobby and fitness centre are also well maintained.

A few visitors were unhappy with the fact that breakfast at the hotel is not complimentary. There is a breakfast buffet available each morning at one of the on-site restaurants, but you will have to pay for it yourself.

The carpet in some of the accommodations has seen much better days according to a couple of travellers who claim that it was stained and fairly beat up. This was the only area of the rooms that has any sort of cleanliness issue.

If there is no traffic, Istanbul Ataturk Airport can be reached in ten minutes by car. However, a number of guests point out that it can take much longer to get from the hotel to the airport because of traffic which can double or even triple the time of the journey.
