The Location Is Intriguing
The hotel location is superb. It's conveniently located very close to the entrance of the city of Medina (the historical part), which is on par with South Beach Miami. Key attractions and restaurants are in walking distance.

Awesome Decor!
Plush furnishings, rich colours, soft textures, the hotel has spectacular décor, inside and out! Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel lobby is breathtaking. During your stay, be sure to visit the underground swimming pool. It's mystical and somewhat like swimming in an underground cave.

Check-Out The Rooftop!
The rooftop is amazing with stunning views, even though most of Marrakech is flat. Lunch on the rooftop is a true experience. It has an elegant ambiance and the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Can't Get With The Breakfast
This may be a matter of preference, but the breakfast food is a bit too starchy. There are too many bakery goods like croissants and other pastries. Most of the food is cold. If you are looking for hash browns or beans on toast, forget it! You will find hotels outside the restaurant more responsibly priced as well.
negative:
Get The Taxis Straight
Taxis in the city don't use meters that permit you to see how much they are charging you. You should haggle the price “before” getting into the taxi. Let the hotel negotiate for you , it's much safer.

Short Of Mayhem
It's elegant and posh; however, the hotel could do with better management as far as staff is concerned. Misunderstandings and slow service are the norm. There are no prices posted anywhere, so you could get one price at the lobby bar and another price at the roof bar for the same drink! Concierge service seems a bit hurried as well. There's plenty of service, but there appears to be no real organisation.
