New Kuta Hotel (Kuta, Indonesia)

Guests enjoyed the property set-up with a really nice pool area and gardens that made it easy to enjoy their vacation on the hotel grounds. Dreamland Beach is a short ten minute walk away. The free shuttle services make it easy to explore nearby small towns and get any shopping done. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel if you do not want to rely on their restaurant.

Guests liked the comfortable beds and the well-working air conditioning in the rooms. Guests who upgraded to a deluxe room were very impressed by the wonderful ocean view. The free Wi-fi worked well for guests.

Guests liked the customer service from the front desk to the restaurant. They found the shuttle service especially useful and the tours they booked through the front desk were of good quality. The staff will help you with recommendations and is very helpful in resolving small issues that might arise during your stay.

Many guests had noise complaints about other guests and overall a loud environment until late in the night. This might be a good spot for people who like to be up till late at night themselves. Otherwise, some earplugs might be a solution.

Guests who booked the breakfast were unhappy about the choices offered on the buffet. They felt it was offering little in western breakfast choices. The breakfast room was often busy and staff worked hard to keep up with cleaning tables.

Guests sometimes had stained towels or sheets. Windows were sometimes dirty and the balcony had not been cleaned. Some guests called for additional housekeeping to remedy the problems which was provided.
