Napasai, A Belmond Hotel, Koh Samui (Ao Bang Po, Thailand)

If you like good food, you won't be disappointed at this resort. The breakfast buffet is delectable with hash browns, sausage, and bacon. The basil pesto is amazing and the pastries are magnificent.

You will be lost in a world of wonder while staying at this resort. The magnificent views, beautiful gardens and landscape, tropical ambiance is relaxing. The rooms sizes are fantastic. There's plenty of space with your own private outdoor area. You will witness astonishing sunsets and have a choice of lots of activities, like Thai boxing, to pass the time away. It's like staying in an alternate universe. It's a private oasis that you are bound to enjoy.

No problem with the etiquette of the staff. They are a friendly group and speak excellent English! They assist you with planning activities, places to eat, and take your needs seriously.

The rooms are a conventional style but need some updating. The hardwood floors are creaky when walking about due to the old wood. They need better towels too. The towels have a funny smell and have an off-colour.

The resort is remote, but not in a good way. You have to take a taxi to the beach just to go for a walk and then the beach is full of seaweed, so swimming is not possible. Moreover, the beach is located in the north of the island. While most of the sightseeing and picturesque points are in the south.

You may faint when you hear the price for a cup of coffee. It's utterly ridiculous! The food is quite expensive as well.
