MPM Hotel Sport Ski-in, Ski-out (Bansko, Bulgaria)

Judging from past reviews of guests staying at this resort complex, the staff here are nothing but friendly and accommodating. They are especially keen to offer visitors help with local directions and always seem to be ready with a smile. A number of guests mentioned personnel by name, especially those members of this property's housekeeping team, who worked hard to keep rooms clean and tidy.

With a gondola only a short stroll from this hotel, guests were delighted to find that slope access was an absolute breeze. Additionally, après-ski activities here were great, with many visitors very impressed by this property's huge range of excellent spa and sauna facilities. The open fire was also a very nice touch, offering a cheery warmth to those who had spent all day out on the slopes.

This hotel offers buffet meals and for the vast majority, these served to impress in terms of quality and quantity. This is especially true of breakfast.

Those storing their ski equipment noted that there was no direct route from the storage area to the hotel itself. Additionally, as this property does not allow guests to wear ski boots inside, many found that they had no choice but to walk through the lobby in their socks. Some found this arrangement rather odd.

A number of guests found that the beds here were very uncomfortable, with many noting that the mattresses were old and sagging.

The in-room décor here left a lot to be desired. In terms of their overall appearance and style, quite a few felt that the interiors are much in need of sprucing up and/or modernising.
