Motel Super 8 by Wyndham Kerrville TX (Kerrville, USA)

Guests loved the location of the hotel with easy access to I-10, and close to the business area with restaurants, shops and a gas station.

Guests appreciated the well-maintained hotel. The lobby was immaculate, kids enjoyed the cool, refreshing pool, and the picnic area for games. Guests found the rooms to be clean and spacious. The addition of flat-screens, fridges and microwaves helped to make their stay comfortable. Sheets were clean, and there were many pillows. The air conditioners worked well to keep the rooms cool. It was quiet and peaceful, and there was no road noise.

Guests found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The Check-in and Check-out was made hassle free. They gave great recommendations and directions for dinner.

Guests have recommended better sound-proofing of the walls and the windows to reduce the sound of people, running children and barking dogs. In some rooms, the entry door was small as compared to the door frame, hence cold breeze entered the rooms through the gaps and reduced the effect of the room heater. Lizards were seen. Guests noticed that the shower head was too low, and there is a danger of guests hitting their head. They also noticed that in some bathrooms, the bath tub floor was broken and glued with sandpaper. They also saw mold below the bath mat.

Guests noted that breakfast had limited choices, and it was also not stocked well during peak hours.

Wi-Fi did not work in the rooms or in the lobby leading to inconvenience. Sometimes the staff assigned the same room to two guests.
