Previous guests were regularly thrilled with the level of service they received when staying at the Super 8 Janesville. The front desk personnel were apparently defined by their really welcoming, warm and cooperative attitude.

When taking into account the overall feedback of past guests, the Wi-Fi is one of the best features about staying at the hotel. Whilst described as somewhat slow at times, the free Wi-Fi provided by the accommodation was often said to be reliable.

While the condition of the towels was often criticized, the rooms – despite showing age in certain areas – were generally praised by former visitors that stayed at the Super 8 Janesville. The hotel’s rooms were typically thought of as clean, well-equipped and comfortable overall.

Although restaurants and stores are relatively close, the location of the Super 8 Janesville was not judged to be the best by previous visitors. The downtown area of Janesville is ten minutes away from the hotel by car.

The complimentary breakfast has received criticism from a notable amount of past guests. Despite its quality getting rarely questioned, the variety and regularity of replenishment were two aspects of the breakfast that were negatively assessed on occasion.
