Many guests found the Rodeway Inn Las Vegas to be a great budget choice. Less money spent on a hotel room means more money for gambling, food, shows, and shopping. Some guests preferred to ditch the glitz and glamor of Sin City for a more affordable vacation.

Staff did their best to accommodate concerns and to give guests the best experience possible. While some guests expressed disappointment with their rooms, issues were generally quickly sorted out.

Within walking distance to the Las Vegas Convention Center, and at the end of the Las Vegas strip, guests felt that the hotel was fairly well-situated. A bus stop in front of the hotel made it easy to get around, and popular casinos like Slots-of-Fun and Circus Circus could be reached on foot.

Drab interior is in need of refreshing or repairs, according to some guests. While the outside of the building looks promising, guests reported that the inside could use an upgrade. What appears to be a fresh coat of paint did little to alleviate a feeling that the hotel had some work to do.

With many vacant buildings and a nearby hotel recently demolished, guests felt the neighborhood wasn't getting any points for good looks. There were also some concerns with the kind of people frequenting the area, and guests cautioned that safety could be an issue.

After a night on the town in Las Vegas, many guests chose to skip the free hotel breakfast. They found that the provided cereal and toast was too meager for their needs. Luckily, there is a 24-hour breakfast restaurant across the street.
