Above average breakfast.
For the most part, guests enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided with their room rate. Hot and cold items were frequently replenished, and the waffle maker was an easy favorite. Some guests thought it was best to arrive early to avoid the crowds.
positive:
Wi-Fi as promised.
Wi-Fi was generally fast with a strong connection. Any guests experiencing problems were given great customer service by being directed to a helpful technician to assist in securing a signal.

Get out your hiking shoes.
Many visitors to Red Roof Inn Hot Springs couldn't ask for a better location, with the proximity just a hop, skip, and jump from Hot Springs National Park. The main attraction in Hot Springs, this hiking hub nicknamed the "American spa", is a great place to explore nature and soak in thermal springs, with just a quick jaunt back to your hotel room.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some bathrooms in need of rehab.
Several guests cringed at deteriorating bathroom conditions that seemed to be in need of emergency repairs. Water damage, a crumbling ceiling, and ineffective vents were a few of the problems guests had with the bathroom facilities. Poor ventilation was the cause of mold, according to some guests, and several had to request a room change or refund.
negative:
Undependable appliances.
Air-conditioning that didn't cool things down on a hot day, and mini-fridges that were also on the warm side, deterred guests from giving this hotel a good review. It seems that a number of appliances at the Red Roof Inn Hot Springs were past their prime and in need of replacement.
negative:
Requests might not be met.
Guests asking for extra towels or blankets were sometimes left without. Requests for items were forgotten, or hotel staff was simply unable to provide the items in question. Some guests also experienced an inconvenience when trying to ask for a non-smoking or handicap accessible room, after finding their room unsatisfactory upon check-in.
