The hotel is close to various amenities in the area and thus guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time. Its proximity to the airport is an added benefit to travelling guests. They also felt that the prices were reasonable and they were satisfied at the end of their stay at the hotel.

Members of staff are very warm and hospitable. They do the check-in and checkout processes quickly and in a hassle free manner. They do their best to meet all your requirements so that you may have a peaceful stay.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is offered daily and everything is kept spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable and enough pillows are provided. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room.

A few guests complained about the breakfast dishes served at the hotel. Majority of them raised concerns regarding the lack of variety as well as the quality of the food prepared. Some were also disappointed with the lengthy queues at the breakfast table.

A few guests have complained about the thinness of the walls in their rooms. The sound of conversations and whatever is on the TV is able to carry easily from room to room thus disturbing sleep time.
