Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved
Although many guests said they found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well-maintained, there were others who weren't as charitable. Some critics commented that the hotel was outdated and would be enhanced by further modernization to tackle maintenance issues like worn carpets, dated decor and an occasionally unreliable hot water supply. There were also grumbles about cleanliness standards. These included dust, stained bedding, mold in some bathrooms and dirty floors.
