Aside from the friendly assistance, most guests admired the knowledge and expertise that the staff has demonstrated. They were entertaining yet were able to maintain professional qualities. In addition, they were also very kind to provide discounts for guests who were not satisfied with their stay.

Guests loved the hotel’s practical and comfortable location, which is near major highways such as Interstate-95, famous restaurants, shopping stores, and all other major establishments in Emporia. Guests were also able to easily go from one place to another and saved more money on transportation.

Guests were pleased with the good quality of the rooms! Each quarter is well-equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Moreover, the rooms were maintained and have nice chairs and modern furnishings, which were satisfying for the guests.

Previous guests were disappointed with the weak Wi-Fi signal within the hotel especially the rooms. The guests had difficulty connecting to the Internet using their laptops or smart phones, so they had no choice but to use their own regular data.

Aside from the musty odor coming from the carpets within the rooms, guests were dismayed with the smell of smoke that was present despite being assigned to a non-smoking room. Some guests even had difficulty breathing so they had no choice but to request to be transferred to a different room.

Guests were not satisfied with the breakfast served daily. The fruits were not fresh and were already rotting while most of the food choices were quite limited. However, guests can try the nearby restaurant within the area such as Fosho Italian Sports Grille.
