Motel Best Western Lakewood- Historic Landmark (Tacoma, USA)

The guests have highly appreciated the beautifully decorated, clean and spacious rooms, featuring comfortable beds and great facilities. They found the rooms to be extremely quiet which allowed them to have sound sleep leaving them relaxed and delighted. Moreover, the spotlessly clean bathrooms were an added bonus.

The continental breakfast served at the hotel has been found to be delicious, offering wide variety and high quality selections.  The fresh fruit waffles have been greatly praised by the guests too.

The entire staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. All the staff members were really attentive to the needs of the guests and happy to help them any time of the day/night.

Some of the guests found the hotel to be quite overpriced. According to them, they had stayed at much more luxurious hotels at the same price they paid for this hotel.

Few guests complained that the key cards to their respective rooms hardly worked and they had to get new key cards several times from the reception during their stay, which was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Few guests reported that their stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable due to non-functional air-conditioner in their rooms on an extremely hot day. The discomfort and lack of sleep left them annoyed.
