This hotel is well placed to explore that local area across both beach and forest areas. Both Beerwah State Forest and the Glass House Mountains National Park can be reached within15-minutes' drive. The coastline, Golden Beach and Caloundra are a 25-minutes drive away. Nearby the hotel, Australia Zoo is a 15-minute walk way and local restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

The property is surrounded by trees and has a relaxed atmosphere in which you can make use of the barbecue facilities and swim in the outdoor pool. The rooms are simply furnished with bright decor and all the basic necessities are provided for, including tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits. There is also a large DVD selection to borrow from which caters to both children and adults.

Guests described the hosts as very friendly, helpful and welcoming. You can expect to be greeted with smiling faces and to be informed about the local area as well as recommendations for restaurants.

Some guests found the rooms to be very small, describing them as cramped and commenting that the rooms were not spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the number of people they were designated for.

The property is located close to a main road and guests reported that the noise of traffic can be disturbing.
