MIRROS Hotel Moscow Kremlin (Moscow, Russia)

Guests found the location of the hotel to be very central and convenient. It is a two-minute walk to the metro station. Many places of interest like Kremlin, Basilius Cathredral Red Square and Ohotniy Ryad were a stroll away. Guests could just walk out of the hotel and reach all these places, which saved them a lot of taxi fare. A good next door restaurant called Korchma Taras Bulba serves delicious Ukrainian food.

Though the rooms were slightly on the smaller side, they were clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable and had fresh linen on them. The maid- service was first rate. The shower and sink worked well in the bathroom. Windows have double gazing to cut out the sound from the main road below.

Most of the guests were very happy with the staff members who were very helpful and courteous. Staff at the front desk was very informative and welcomed all the guests with a huge smile. Moreover, they all spoke very good English leading to better communication.

Rooms had a 25 Watt bulb in the lamp. Few guests felt that the rooms got very dark and they suggested that having better lights would make the rooms look brighter.

Guests were not at all happy with the breakfast served here as the choices were limited with small portions of food. There was insufficient room for all the guests to sit in the breakfast room.

There was no elevator to the top floors due to which the guests had to climb the stairs, making it difficult for elders and people with luggage.
