There seems to be plenty of free outdoor parking near the hotel, though guests staying in Privilege Rooms receive a complimentary parking space in the hotel's indoor lot. The hotel is also reasonably well connected with public transportation: the nearest U-Bahn station is Neuperlach Zentrum, about 15 minutes on foot, and a city bus stops just outside the hotel as well.

Several guests note that the hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with few shops or restaurants close by. While some travellers enjoy the "non-touristy" atmosphere after a long day of sight-seeing and are undaunted by commuting to the centre on foot and public transport, others simply found the location inconvenient.

Non-smoking guests who are assigned the hotel's few smoking rooms are quick to request a change due to the odour.

Several guests were disappointed to find that the fitness centre is very small, with limited, older equipment.
