McKnight Hotel (Pittsburgh, USA)

Hampton Inn Pittsburgh-McKnight Road is located in close proximity to amusement parks, sightseeing places and main downtown, making it a convenient stop for travelers. The hotel provides quick access to highway and all the good tourist spots are located nearby. Guests choose this hotel for its perfect and central location.

The staff is supportive, friendly and assist in every which way possible. Check-in was quick by the very efficient reception staff and housekeeping staff also does a wonderful job in maintaining the property. Customer service was professional and prompt making the stay quite memorable.

Most of the guests found facilities to be very good at the price paid. The rooms are clean and comfortable, which is required for a good stay. From indoor pool and Jacuzzi to fitness center, the hotel has something for everyone.

Some guests complained of a few minor issues like lack of hot water, carpeting in hallway, clogged bathtub and only two treadmills in the gym (out of wi one was broken). A few also felt that renovation is needed at the hotel. Some found it difficult to locate the hotel initially.

The breakfast was average according to some guests. There was also a lack of variety, which could be improved by including more food items. However, guests liked the refreshments and coffee provided.

Internet Connectivity was an issue in some rooms, with guests complaining of poor connections. It times out again and again, making it difficult to browse easily. However, the issue is faced only in some rooms.
