Spending time at the roof top terrace which boasts an outdoor pool and breathtaking views over the city was said to be the highlight of the stay for many. The terrace bar was said to have a lively and pleasant atmosphere with plenty of comfortable chairs and loungers where guests could relax with a few drinks whilst admiring the surrounding scenery. .

The rooms have been described as tastefully decorated with quality furniture and upholstery. Guests were pleased to find that the size of the rooms exceeded their expectations and were equally impressed with the elegant and spacious bathrooms complete with separate showers cubicles and branded toiletries. .

Guests who dined at the on-site restaurant said that they were extremely pleased with their experience, praising the quality of the food as well as the service. Many praised the variety of items on the menu and said that there were lots of options catering to various dietary requirements. .

Although the hotel offers complimentary coffee and refreshments in the lobby, many guests were disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in their rooms so that they could make themselves a hot drink in the mornings. .

The pool was described as being quite small and adequate for a dip but not for swimming. Many guests also objected to the fact that the pool closes at 5pm meaning that they had limited access to it. .
