Guests were unanimous in naming the location as the highlight of staying at this hotel, mentioning that they were a short walk away from nightlife, dining and shopping centres located along and off Sukhumvit Road. On top of this, the hotel is apparently very close to a Metro station, as well as multiple BTS stops on the Skytrain, making it very easy to get around.

According to reviews, people were generally happy with the dining options available on site, which included convenient, if unchanging breakfast buffets with Western and Thai options and restaurant meals which seemed to be very much enjoyed.

Those booking a stay on a budget said that they got acceptable lodgings for what they paid and the majority of people mentioned enjoying their dealings with the friendly staff members at reception, who were said to be very helpful when it came to things like making tour bookings.

Another point everyone who stayed here agreed on is that this hotel is very old, and to many, in need of renovation. For a start, the decor apparently looked its age, including time-soiled carpeting, the air conditioning here was reported as being disappointingly weak and other amenities were occasionally thought to be in need of maintenance, especially in the bathrooms.

The cleanliness is apparently not the best here, with some guests reporting creepy crawlies in their rooms and others opining that the overall standard of cleanliness was not the best.
