Poor standard of cleanliness.

Staff service and breakfast not the best.
A fair number of those who stayed said the breakfast was not very good, with only a few options of cereal or bagels available — but at least there was coffee on offer. Meanwhile, some people reported receiving poor customer service, from staff members who seemed inconvenienced, and were thought to react to requests less than professionally.
