Magic Hotel (Agia Paraskevi, Greece)

Guests were happy with how the hotel's staff conducted their duties and responsibilities. Any queries or requests that one had were handled in a gentle and professional manner. Nevertheless, they always had a positive approach towards things and always ready to help whenever they are called to.

At the hotel's bar, guests can unwind and have a drink. They also have a chance to try the diverse cuisine in the restaurant. The breakfast menu has a wide range of options available.

The rooms are very well-appointed and spacious. Guests can relax at the comfort of their balconies looking at the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The rooms are well air-conditioned and have plenty of storage space.

Accessing the patchy Wi-Fi was quite frustrating to some of the guests. This was due to the poor signals in the rooms. Although some public places had a much improved connection compared to rooms, it was inconveniencing to some as they had to seek a strong reception away from their rooms.

At times the main road that's immediately outside the hotel can get busy and noisy to due traffic. Rooms facing the road are a bit disadvantaged due to the high levels of noise they experience especially at night or early morning.

A few issues were raised concerning the comfort levels of the some beds. Some found fault in the mattresses and pillows as they thought were uncomfortable thus providing poor sleep quality.
