Uninspiring views.
Guests who were hoping to have picturesque views were disappointed to find that their rooms look out onto an unsightly flat roof. If you are keen on having a scenic view it's advisable to ask for one of the rooms that look out onto the gardens.

Some of the guests mentioned that they could hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms due to the poor soundproofing. Others reported that creaky floorboards and footsteps of the occupants above them prevented them from getting a good night's sleep.
