Lloyed Hotel (Frankfurt, Germany)

The rooms were found to be clean and cosy by guests who stayed here. They were as the pictures were shown online and guests were happy with their choices. The facilities and décor for a comfortable stay were provided nicely. The beds, the mini bars and the flat-screens worked well.

The hotel is walking distance from Frankfurt's main central station. The neighbourhood is quiet and less touristic. It is also walking distance from Hauptbahnhof. Guests were able to explore the city with ease and use public transport if they needed.

The breakfast was found to be a good choice by guests who were happy to pay for the morning meal. There were plenty of options such as pastries, meats and cheeses, as well as fruits and hot beverages.

Guests found that their stay in the hotel did not merit the price paid for it. They felt the rooms were not very extravagant, the Wi-Fi did not work perfectly and the location was not central. The price was that of a central place with free breakfast included.

The Wi-Fi was found to not be working well in certain areas of the hotel. Guests would have liked for the Wi-Fi to work in their rooms but found the lower levels had a stronger signal. They would have preferred a reliable connection.

Guests complained the noise coming from the drainage, next door rooms and in the corridor was quite obvious. The noise would not go be reduced by guests being inside their rooms.
