Guests found the self-catering facilities at Lledr House to be very useful, with the well-equipped guest kitchen, communal fridge, and the lounge with plenty of space and Sky TV getting plenty of mentions.

You will find the staff members to be friendly and accommodating when they greet you on arrival, while some thought the resident chickens wandering outside were a homely touch.

According to guests, the hostel has a great position close to hiking trails, is central to many of North Wales’ attractions and local activities like Zip World and Bounce Below, and just a short drive away from shops and restaurants.

While most people were happy with the self-service ethos at Lledr House, there is no reception staff around after check-in is finished, and a few guests would have liked to have been able to access staff outside of this time window.

Some guests found their phone signal to be poor here, and while there is free Wi-Fi, this normally only covers the common areas, so a few people were disappointed by the lack of internet in rooms.
