Guests have complimented the size of the rooms saying they're much bigger than what you would receive in similar hotels in Europe. Guestrooms also feature a fridge and facilities to make tea and coffee, there are also basic cooking facilities should you want to keep costs down and self-cater.

The front desk team give a warm welcome to the hotel on check in and all staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are cleaned to a good standard and waiting staff in the dining area keep tables clear and ensure you have everything you need.

The hotel benefits from a very convenient location and is just a short 10-minute walk into the old town. The train station and underground can also be easily accessed from the hotel and there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. There are many shops and restaurants within a short distance away.

Guests feel breakfast is quite expensive, though reasonable value for money due to the sheer amount of food to choose from. The food is tasty and of excellent quality, however at busy times the hotel probably needs more staff as they can struggle to keep items stocked up.

Guests who smoke may be happy to know that some rooms have been used as smoking rooms. Non-smokers however have reported that smoking rooms do smell strongly of cigarettes. Their advice is to request a non-smoking room at the time of booking.

There have been a few small issues that guests have raised that aren't enough to ruin their stay, but they feel the hotel needs to address. This includes the size of the towels in the bathroom, limited English television channels and some minor issues trying to access the car park.
