It was said to be located right in that district, so those guests with business or attractions to see there really enjoyed the convenience of being able to just step out of the front door and be where they wanted to be.

While guests conceded that this was not under the hotel's control, too many to mention reported that the area regularly experiences power cuts. The hotel has a generator, but it seems that this doesn't always work 100%, since many guests spoke about experiencing cold or lukewarm showers during this time.

There were a number of complaints about the comfort offered by the beds. The main issue seemed to be that the mattresses were considered much too hard, so those who like soft pillow-top style mattresses may be quite disappointed.
