Not only does the building have a well equipped spa, the services are wide-ranging including massages and beauty treatments. The professional, well trained and expert masseurs will take care of you.

Guests are greeted with warm and welcoming attitude from the staff that puts them at ease. They never get tired from going the extra mile to make you feel at home. nothing is too much trouble to them. Most of them speak a number of languages as this helps in relating with many guests of different nationalities.

Guests using the hotel's wireless internet connection were pleased to find it was very quick and available throughout the premises. Those who were handling large files could do so with much ease.

According to most guests, the breakfast spread was quite average and didn't live up to their standards. A good number of them felt that at times it lacked variety. Some felt that the same spread was almost served daily.

Quite a number of guests felt that a few rooms needed a bit of a facelift. Some felt some of were tight, small and appeared dull. To some, renovating them would much welcomed.

Some guests voiced their frustrations regarding the expensiveness of using the facilities e.g. the spa and bowling rates. They felt that they were way overcharged and they did not get value for their money.
