Leonardo Hotel Köln Bonn Airport (Cologne, Germany)

Many guests appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport as most of them needed to be close to it. It was a nice amenity to have at any time of day.

Most guests were very happy with the rooms in terms of the cleanliness found and maintained. They felt the furnishings were also comfortable and that there was plenty of space in the rooms.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the Cologne International Airport, therefore it was ideal for guests who needed to be close to the airport. It is an international hotel and it is also close to the train and metro stops that head to the central area of the city.

The staff were found to have a bit of an attitude or plain indifference, and it seemed as if they did not enjoy their jobs. The guests would have liked to interact with positive people but it seems as though they are understaffed and a bit stressed.

Some guests were annoyed that there were extra charges during their check out that they were not aware of. Parking, breakfast was charged. There were also small charges which they did not understand.

Some guests were shocked that the breakfast was a bit expensive and expected this hotel to have a higher standard when it came to the morning meal. They thought the breakfast area was not organized well enough and did not have vegetarian options.
