Negative Reviews
negative:
There seems to be some confusion with bookings.
Reviews of this hotel were overwhelmingly positive. Complaints were few and far enough between that nothing seemed terribly indicative of a pattern. For those guests that did have a bad experience here it was usually due to some sort of booking confusion. In a few instances the hotel was overbooked and had to walk guests or spa appointments were suddenly cancelled and had to be rescheduled.
negative:
So much confusion regarding times.
A few guests expressed ire over not being properly informed of certain policies. Most of these were time related, like the time of check-in, the time the restaurant closed, the time of check-out, and how far in advance reservations needed to be made.
negative:
There are issues with the Wi-Fi.
Some guests had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi, or reported it to be particularly slow.
