Many guests really appreciated that the tram to central Naples stopped very close to the hotel's front door. This meant that, despite being some distance out, it was a simple matter to get to all the attractions in the heart of the city.

It was actually quite rare to read a review that did not compliment the staff in some way. The general feeling was that they were not only welcoming and friendly, but also understood the needs for their guests very well.

Most guests who brought up the issue of value for money felt that they had received decent value. The hotel was said to offer decent accommodation and a very low room rate, considering the ease of access to the centre of the city.

While guests were generally happy with the look of the hotel itself, the same could certainly not be said about the surroundings. The neighbourhood was described as particularly unattractive, run down and with garbage strewn all over the place.

A number of guests were extremely unhappy that they could not make use of the advertised complimentary airport shuttle. It seems that the schedule is haphazard, and if it is not running for some reason when guests arrive, they are simply left to arrange a taxi at their own expense.

An extraordinary number of guests mentioned finding their shower to be almost comically small. They mentioned that even average sized people would have trouble showering without constantly banging the sides, much less a bigger person.
