Lakeway Inn Resort & Spa is a venue to a lot of weddings, meetings, and other special events. The staff is brilliant in setting up the venues the way you want them to. The state of the art audio-visual equipment greatly helps in making the events more special. In addition, the staff keeps track of the time for you.

There is no need to go out of the hotel for you to have a wonderful gastronomic experience. Guests' palettes were highly satisfied by the perfectly cooked dishes at the hotel's restaurant. The food is creatively presented and the servers are polite. Furthermore, you are offered views of the spectacular Lake Travis.

There were times when guests have to wait for assistance with the luggage because all of the bellmen are helping other guests. However, they are very polite and friendly so it is not a major issue.

Guests noted that there were times when rooms are not ready yet. They had to wait for about 20 minutes for this. However, the staff entertains you while you wait. In addition, the rooms are definitely worth the wait because they are gorgeous.

It is a bit strange for a four-star hotel to have few trashcans in its common areas. However, this is not a big deal since the staff always picks up trash from your rooms.
