Whether you have inquiries on the best beaches near the hotel, need help in navigating the tiny Lagos streets in your car or assistance in improving your basic Portuguese, the staff are there for you. Former guests could not praise them enough for their kindness and professionalism.

Some guests found that it was difficult to get their car close enough to the hotel to unload their luggage. Luckily, there is a car park nearby that charges a low rate.

While most guests really enjoyed their experience, some have mentioned the small pillows that the hotel provides. If you feel that you can't sleep without several pillows, contact the hotel in advance to request that your bed have more pillows.

While the majority of guests enjoyed their stay, some guests could not get over the decoration and thought that it made the hotel look a bit too retro. However, most guests did not mind and preferred to spend their time on the sun terrace that is decorated with beautiful Portuguese tiles.
