The rooms were found to be spacious and well appointed by guests who stayed here. They have en suite bathrooms and the decorations were lively and inspired from the area.

The staff members were found to be friendly by guests who stayed here. They were helpful with the check in and communicated well in English. They also gave guests advice on the area and how to move around.

The hotel is said to be in an ideal location for those who want to be close to where are the action is. The hotel is a close block away from the main street and the beaches of Playa del Carmen. There are also various restaurants and bars for guests to enjoy.

The hotel was found to be old fashioned and in need of a renovation. The facilities were old and not working well, such as the showers, the TVs and the air conditioning. Guests would have liked for the hotel to put some money into renovations.

Since the hotel is located where the bars are, guests who were not planning on staying up all night. The area was very noisy with the clubs blasting music nearby until early in the morning.

The rooms were found to be unclean by guests who stayed here. They would have liked to have had the housekeeping clean the rooms frequently and thoroughly, but found this to not be the case.
