The staff at the hotel is always available to assist you as you communicate your needs. Welcoming and helpful, guests have really appreciated the staff’s incredible service as in certain instances they have even gone out of their way.

The hotel’s evening entertainment has been thoroughly enjoyed by past guests. The role-plays and animation programmes have been highly appreciated by visitors. Guests have mentioned it to be one of the main reasons to revisit.

Get ready to experience serenity and paradise like feel as you book your stay at Kontokali Bay Resort & Spa. Most of the past guests have had a pleasant stay and loved the spectacular views of mountains, sea, beaches and lush gardens from their room’s window.

Though the on-site restaurants offer fine delicacies but some of the guests have felt that the food is slightly overpriced and does not have sufficient quantity. Even the food quality needs improvement, as reported by some travellers.

Some of the guests had a disturbed sleep with their stay at this property. The hotel rooms are not soundproofed which lead to utter discomfort. Past guests were forced to overhear their neighbours, people walking in corridor and loud noise from nearby bars.

Though the hotel looks good on the outside with its scenic beauty, but that wasn’t able to please all guests. As mentioned by past guests, some of the rooms have outdated furniture and demand renovation at certain places. Refurbishments are on plan at end of this year.
