Positive Reviews
positive:
Everyone — LGBT or not — welcome.
Those who stayed said they would highly recommend Maui Sunseeker for LGBT travelers, and likewise so even if you are not LGBT, with straight guests also feeling very much welcome. Guests said the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and thought the resort's communal areas created a good atmosphere and did well in encouraging solo travelers to mingle.
positive:
Peaceful spot and a handy base.
Guests said the resort was handy to Kihei's restaurants and shopping, but still a bit removed, in a peaceful spot just across the road from a little beach. Given the size of the island of Maui, you will find exploring all of the attractions to be an easy proposition, or perhaps you might not get beyond the door once you unpack and relax.
positive:
Lovely remodeled rooms, use beach gear.
The remodeled rooms here were said to be spotlessly clean and spacious, there is a nice pool and hot tub found on site (clothing optional) if you do not feel like strolling down to the beach and you can catch a sunset from the rooftop (clothing also optional). People also found it great to be able to borrow beach gear, such as snorkeling equipment.
